These Terms govern use of the Artsiv Collection website, inquiries, communications, and Elite Member Card requests. Separate written terms may apply to bookings, property management, or paid services.
Effective date: 8 July 2026This website provides information about Artsiv Collection services, managed residences, guest relations, and membership-related programs. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit false, unlawful, or misleading information.
When you contact us by form, email, phone, or WhatsApp, you authorize us to respond using the contact details you provide. Submitting an inquiry does not create a management agreement, booking, membership, or other binding commercial arrangement unless confirmed separately in writing.
Elite Member Card benefits, eligibility, discounts, availability, and direct-booking privileges are discretionary and may depend on stay history, property availability, booking channel, season, and operational requirements. Benefits are not cash, cannot be transferred, and may be changed or withdrawn where reasonably necessary.
Any property booking, management service, owner engagement, or paid service may be subject to separate written terms, booking conditions, cancellation rules, property rules, identification checks, and applicable laws.
Website content is provided for general information. We aim to keep information accurate, but availability, pricing, performance figures, service scope, and program details may change without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Artsiv Collection is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or reliance on general website content.
